Judicial litigation

Execution of judicial litigation with RGAA begins well before entry into the courts, with the vision of active efforts to reduce or prevent judicial conflicts entirely.

RGAA provides mediation services (either as mediator, or as representative of our clients in mediation) and, in the event that an acceptable mediated solution is not possible, our litigation and arbitration team is engaged to manage the case forward.

Representation anywhere on Brazilian soil. Our radius of activity, by virtue of our partnerships, includes the judicial system in all of the states of Brazil.

After taking administrative measures or other legal necessary legal actions, the client will receive appropriate information and attention, and will be continuously informed of developments in any legal process (by means of monthly updates).
