You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>Magazine Luiza e Via Varejo est\u00e3o em discuss\u00e3o judici\u00e1ria devido a acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de concorr\u00eancia desleal de an\u00fancios praticados no Google de forma patrocinada.<\/p>\n<p>A Magazine Luiza acionou a justi\u00e7a pouco antes da Black Friday (novembro\/21), alegando que a Via Varejo patrocinou an\u00fancios no Google se utilizando do nome \u201cMagazine Luiza\u201d. Ou seja, caso qualquer pessoa buscasse este termo ou &#8220;Magalu&#8221; no Google, poss\u00edveis resultados seriam an\u00fancios da Via Varejo.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a liminar deferida, a n\u00e3o autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do uso da marca pode causar confus\u00e3o ao consumidor, induzindo-o em erro e podendo gerar danos.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim, foi concedida a tutela a fim de obrigar a Via Varejo a n\u00e3o se utilizar dos termos \u201cMagazine Luiza\u201d e \u201cMagalu\u201d, ou qualquer outro semelhante em seus an\u00fancios.<br \/>\nPoucos dias depois, a Via Varejo ajuizou uma a\u00e7\u00e3o contra a Magazine Luiza, fazendo as mesmas alega\u00e7\u00f5es, informando que a Magalu estava vinculando as marcas \u201cCasas Bahia\u201d e \u201cPonto Frio\u201d em seus an\u00fancios patrocinados (empresas da Via Varejo).<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de o julgamento de m\u00e9rito ainda n\u00e3o ter data marcada, ambas as empresas conseguiram decis\u00f5es liminares.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 se deparou com alguma situa\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante?
