Tamb\u00e9m temos vasta atua\u00e7\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00f5es que demandem outros n\u00facleos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 possibilitando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es estruturadas, com envolvimento de fundos, <strong>securitiza\u00e7\u00e3o de receb\u00edveis<\/strong>, <strong>constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de garantias reais<\/strong>, <strong>emiss\u00e3o de CRIs<\/strong>, e opera\u00e7\u00f5es societ\u00e1rias, envolvendo trocas de posi\u00e7\u00e3o e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos imobili\u00e1rios. E em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise a execu\u00e7\u00e3o judicial de tais garantias.
